House was large to accommodate a big family (with dogs). The fenced yard was easily accessible from the house to let pets in and out. It was adequately clean and usable, however a few things could be a problem for some such as the almost unusable handicap access ramp. The bathroom accommodations were a plus with a large group but some had leaking problems that need to be addressed and two were quite small. This didn't bother us too much as we liked the idea of having three bathrooms. Night lights are advised if you rent this house as it gets very dark. We had to use a couple of flashlights. There are some other maintenance issues in the kitchen and main bath that the management should attend to, but overall the house worked; we had room, could cook and bathe, and we were close to the beach.
